Carmo Enterprise also provides for the possibility of a more personal use, offering the user access to the settings, recordings and additional functionality of the Carmo apps. on the mobile phone. The individual user can manage his own account, both on the mobile phone and the Carmo Server
Secure
 Carmo Enterprise consists of a server with web interface and the apps for Symbianon the mobile phones. The apps can be uploaded and configured by the assigned adminstrator, in such a way that the owner of the (company issued) mobile phone cannot influence the app running on his phone. All telephone conversations will be recorded on the phone and uploaded, immidiately after the conversation, to the Carmo server. The recording on the phone will then be deleted. All conversations are thus secured against alteration, editing or unauthorised replay. Some personnel may want to use Carmo and the additional options of Carmo on their own demand. This is a possibility as users can be authorized to control and edit their own account, both on the telephone and on the Server. The additional options available to users controling their own account are: Carmo Meeting Carmo SMS Carmo Memo, Carmo Voice mail, Carmo Schedule and Carmo Backup. FeaturesFeaturesSearch function

Carmo Phone Call:This application provides real time mobile phone call recording using automatic or manual capture modes. In an enterprise environment all calls to and from a user can be automatically recorded, without this being noticed by the user. The manager’s or executive’s profile can be configured to record manually and store the recorded files on device or automatically backup through upload to the Carmo Server.  Carmo SMS All incoming and outgoing SMS messages can be automatically uploaded to the Carmo Server, where they are filed with the user’s other mobile conversations, thus providing a complete overview of all communication with that mobile phone. This can be configured to happen without the knowledge of the user, or for managers, to be uploaded manually, allowing a choice in which text messages will and will not be filed on the Carmo server.  Carmo Voicemail Voicemail on device has several advantages over voicemail on the providers server. Because the voicemail is saved on your personal mobile phone, rather then on the providers server, it is impossible for others to secretly playback your voicemail messages. Your messages can be filed together with the rest of the mobile communication on the Carmo Server. A personal greeting message can be uploaded.  Carmo Meeting With the Carmo Meeting app it is possible to record snippets, or "thoughts" during a meeting, but without missing the context that led up to that main point or thought. Using pre-defined application settings, a certain number of seconds will be recorded using the Pre-push and Post-push time, both before and after pressing the Timed Capture. This ensures you always have proper context to your recordings. This option is invisible on mobile phone configured from the server.  Carmo MemoThis app is a personal memo recorder on the mobile phone. It provides voice recorder functionality, without limits on how long the recording can be. As long as there is storage, such as an SD Card in the phone, one can record memo’s and upload them to the Carmo Server, where they will be filed together with the rest of the mobile communication.  Carmo Schedule Sometimes it is very useful when a recording starts automatically at a certain time. With the Schedule app recording can be triggered automatically without the user’s intervention. Scheduled recording can be used to record classes, seminars, (stealth recording of) meetings etc. that are usually scheduled to start and finish at predefined times.  Carmo BackupCarmo Backup allows the individual user to manually or automatically backup recorded files to a designated server.
